Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Drodesign, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to process and ship orders within 2–3 days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided to keep you updated on its status.
If you receive a defective product, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.
General Return and Exchange Guidelines
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date (based on the receipt). After this period, returns or exchanges can no longer be processed.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact and undamaged.
- Products sold as part of a set or multi-item pack must be returned in full.
- Certain products marked as “non-returnable” or “non-exchangeable” are excluded.
- Return shipping fees for online orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Your rights under consumer protection laws remain unaffected by this policy.
Product Condition Requirements
All returns must arrive in original condition. Additional charges may apply for wear and tear, damage from misuse, missing parts, or improper assembly.
For returns due to quality issues:
- Drodesign will cover return shipping costs and restocking fees.
For returns due to personal reasons:
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs.
- Drodesign will determine the product’s condition and policy application.

Important Notes:
- Unauthorized return requests will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Returns without prior approval are not the responsibility of Drodesign and may be lost.
For approved requests, you will receive a prepaid return label along with detailed instructions. Please ensure that all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and gifts are included when sending the item back.
After Return Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an update on whether your request has been approved or denied.
If approved:
- Exchanges: Processed immediately.
- Refunds: Issued within 1–3 business days to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Missing or Delayed Refunds
If you don’t see your refund after several business days:
- Allow additional time for processing.
- Contact your bank or card issuer for updates.
